Cancellation Policy

We understand that from time to time it is necessary to change plans at the last minute and have developed a policy to minimise the cancellation charges:

Independent Climbing
Pay as you go

Independent climbing sessions can be cancelled or moved up to 24 hours before the session start time without penalty.

Cancellation after this time will incur a cancellation charge of 100% of the activity fee

Pre-pay passes (including punch cards)

Independent climbing sessions can be cancelled or moved up to 24 hours before the session start time without penalty.

Cancellations after this time will incur a cancellation charge to the value of the session you were booked into as appropriate for your registration type - i.e. an adult pre-pay pass holder would incur a charge of £11.95 for a peak time climbing session cancelled within 24 hours of the commencement of the session.

Instructed Climbing

After booking and up to 2 days prior to the scheduled activity - 10% of the activity fee as a cancellation charge.

Less than 2 days - 100% of the activity fee as a cancellation charge.

Cannot be refunded.
